Can car tires melt in hot weather?

No, car tires does not melt in hot weather and are extremely durable and can withstand temperatures far beyond the hottest summer day. During tire manufacturing the rubber is heat treated (vulcanized) to turn the soft rubber into a tough and durable tire. Tires does not really melt, but will start to break down at around 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit)
